Mrs. Maid E-Commerce

Your shop, right inside your Discord server

Documentation for a release-gated, non-custodial shop: seller verification, durable orders and payment safety are designed to protect buyers and sellers.

Commerce is currently disabled. New purchases are unavailable until external launch acceptance is recorded; completing seller verification and Tier 2 alone does not enable sales.

01

Non-custodial by design

Funds go directly to the seller through the selected payment method. Mrs. Maid has no platform balance or payout and never stores wallet seeds or private keys. There is no direct-chain or wallet-address payment path; automated cryptocurrency payments use BitCart only. Solana/SOL and SPL-token payments are unsupported.

Payment methods

Supported methods are Stripe, BitCart for automated cryptocurrency invoices, and explicit manual methods such as PayPal, QR codes or text instructions. Manual methods never fulfil automatically.

Why verification is required

Before a shop goes live, the server owner secures the account, verifies one phone number and a responsible adult identity, then signs the seller agreement. These checks protect sensitive shop settings and make the seller accountable to buyers.

Why verification is required

Before a shop goes live, the server owner secures the account, verifies one phone number and a responsible adult identity, then signs the seller agreement. These checks protect sensitive shop settings and make the seller accountable to buyers.

The six steps establish seller accountability and prerequisites for a future release. They do not activate sales while Commerce is disabled.

  1. 01

    Account hardening

A verified email, TOTP and recovery codes protect sensitive payment-method and shop settings, as well as shop deletion.

Verify a contact email in your account settings (double opt-in). Each code works once if you lose your authenticator. They are shown only this once.

  2. 02

    Phone verification

A one-time SMS code. Each number can verify only one shop, globally.

To change your number later, contact support — it cannot be changed here.

  3. 03

    Identity & age verification

The legally responsible person verifies their identity and age (18+). They do not need Discord.

Enter the exact name as it appears on the identity document. It is stored encrypted. The document name is matched against the contact name you entered. We store the verified full name and parsed address encrypted, plus the 18+ result and verification time. We do not store document images, numbers or date of birth.

  4. 04

    Seller profile

Public seller details shown on your shop, plus tax settings.

A c/o address is allowed and recommended — it protects you against doxxing. Stored encrypted. Leave empty if not applicable.

  5. 05

    Terms & seller agreement

Read the agreement fully, then sign with your verified name.

    Must match your identity-verified name.

Payments requiring review

These orders have an unresolved payment state. Only the reason-specific, evidence-backed action shown for each order can close it.

A terminal partial BitCart payment remains in payment_review: it is never a success or ordinary expiry and blocks cleanup. Only the shop owner, after a fresh, single-use TOTP or recovery-code step-up, can record a separately verified external refund. Paid orders are never normally cancellable.

Buyers receive a key from the pool automatically once paid.

Managers can manage products, but not payments, managers or deletion.
